Current form policy

The form submission path is live and writes to the public intake table protected by RLS.

Cloudflare Turnstile is still pending the site key and secret key, so anti-spam is currently limited to a honeypot field. That is good enough for development, not for launch.

This deployment is running in review-only mode, so public intake is disabled until the production protection layer is ready.
